As we step into the fall season, I am delighted to be attending a beautiful celebration for two of my incredible clients who were married earlier this year and are now gathering with friends and family to commemorate their love. I am truly honored to be part of their journey. In addition, another one of my wonderful couples is flying into Silicon Valley this week to meet with me, and I am beyond thrilled to see them thriving and so genuinely happy. Moments like these are the heart of why I do what I do.

With this season of change also comes exciting evolution at Linx. We have launched a completely re-revamped website with content and features, and so much time, energy, and care has gone into this refresh. I hope you’ll take a moment to explore it.

As we move into this next chapter, I am filled with deep gratitude — for this company, for the clients I have the privilege to support, and for the profound joy of being in the business of love. It is incredibly rewarding to see these connections grow and to witness the impact of this work in such meaningful ways.

NEW FALL RECIPE

From our Linx team to yours — this Maple Brown Butter Pumpkin Pie is a cozy and comforting favorite, perfect for Thanksgiving gatherings with family and friends. The rich browned butter and touch of maple syrup bring a warm, caramel depth to the classic pumpkin flavor, making it a dessert that feels like home.

Ingredients

🧈 4 Tbsp butter (for browning – adds a rich, nutty flavor)
🍁 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
🍬 1/4 cup brown sugar
🌿 1 tsp cinnamon
🌱 1/2 tsp ground ginger
🍂 1/8 tsp ground cloves
🧂 1/4 tsp salt
🥚 2 large eggs
🎃 1 (15 oz) can pumpkin purée
🥛 1 cup evaporated milk
🥧 1 unbaked 9-inch deep-dish pie crust

Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 425°F.
   
   

2. In a small skillet, brown the butter. Cut it into four pieces and melt over medium heat, stirring constantly until the solids turn golden and release a nutty aroma. Remove immediately to prevent burning and pour into a mixing bowl.
   
   

3. Add the maple syrup, brown sugar, cinnamon, ginger, cloves, and salt to the bowl with the butter. Stir until well combined.
   
   

4. Whisk in the eggs and pumpkin purée until smooth, then add the evaporated milk and whisk again until silky.
   
   

5. Place the pie crust on a baking sheet for easy handling and pour in the pumpkin filling.
   
   

6. Bake at 425°F for 15 minutes, then reduce the temperature to 350°F and continue baking for 35–40 minutes, until the pie is set but still slightly wobbly in the center. If the crust browns too quickly, cover the edges with foil.
   
   

7. Let the pie cool at room temperature for about 1 hour. Slice, serve, and enjoy with whipped cream or a scoop of ice cream.
