is this a dating event?
Link and Drink is an opportunity to connect with other dynamic professionals locally for networking. These are not singles events, although some guests are eligible.
what to bring / what to wear:
In the past, some Link & Drink events have been themed, like our "Drinks on the Linx" golf event in summer 2011 that encouraged sporty and preppy attire. Other Link & Drinks have simply been about getting out of the office as quickly as possible and coming from work in khakis and "blazer off" for the guys and fun dresses for the ladies. Some of our events are outside and so we always encourage ladies to bring a wrap and men to bring a light jacket as temperatures drop considerably at sunset. Since these are networking events, bringing business cards is essential - so no excuses for not bringing them.
how to rsvp:
If you do not RSVP, you don’t get in. We usually have a registration table with your name listed. If you are bringing friends who are not part of this mailing list, they absolutely must RSVP too. RSVPs the “day of” a Link & Drink are not guaranteed to get in.
